Class of 2020 standout Julian Strawther just received an offer from the Arizona Wildcats. Let’s see what caught the attention of the Wildcat’s coaching staff.

Always looking towards the future – that is what Sean Miller and coaching staff have continued to do. The latest offer went to class of 2020 prospect, Julian Strawther. The amount of talent across the country and globe seem to be limitless, which are good problems to have. The key is seeking out the right player that would make a good fit – Strawther fits well!

He currently has offers from seven other top schools, including four other Pac-12 teams: UCLA, USC, Washington and California – the Conference of Champions!

The Wildcats have already offered four other class of 2020 prospects scholarships:

Strawther recently shared his excitement on Twitter with the offer he received from the University of Arizona:

Strawther is 6-feet-6 inches, 180lbs and is listed as a shooting guard. He currently plays for Silverado High School and the 16U AAU team California United. In the 2017 Nike Peach Jam event he scored 41 points, helping lead his team over a 23-point deficit and eventual victory. Strawther had the game winning put back!

It’s scary to think that Strawther is only 15 years old – just imagine when he is ready to play college basketball! As is the case for most of these highly talented players, not only can he play the shooting guard position, but he can “flex” into other positions.  Strawther has the ability to step back for the three, dribble it up the court and find his teammates, create a shot for himself, or just dunk it!
