With there now being an early signing period, you’re just adding some more theatrics.

So, to highlight those signing early, we have compiled the list of players partaking in the early signing period, and officially joining the 2018 recruiting class.

Additionally, we will also be including their rankings thanks to 247Sports, as well as their highlight films!

Bear Down, Arizona!

*Note, we will be updating throughout the day, as National Letters of Intent roll in.

The big defensive tackle from Calabasas High School should provide some nice size, athleticism and depth on the defensive line for the Wildcats. Ultimately chose Arizona over UCLA, and should he adapt quickly, he could provide some immediate defensive help next season.

Check Mykee’s junior highlights below:

The big, talented athlete from Southern California is a nice addition to the class of 2018. He’s listed as an athlete, but will likely play safety at the next level. He packs a mean punch when hitting opposing offensive players.

Check Jhevon’s highlights below:

Another big time hitter, this time from the Lone Star state. Christian Young possesses nice size, and like Hill, Young absolutely punishes opposing players. He’s a long, rangy athlete, with good quickness and closing speed. He likely projects as a safety at the next level, but has solid coverage skills.

Check out Christian’s highlights below:

The wide receiver/ tight end from the Peach State, Zach Williams is an interesting recruit in this class. He’s a big body with good speed, and good hands. Has been very productive at Johns Creek High School and should translate well at the next level. It will be interesting to see how the Wildcats use him, should they consider him a WR/TE hybrid.

Check out Zach’s highlights below:

The Los Alamitos to Arizona pipeline is renewed. Atoine Cason once a former great at Los Alamitos and Arizona, perhaps Issaiah could be next. The stand out linebacker has a great frame, and great upside. He is very explosive and gets after it. Can’t wait to see what he can do in Tucson.

Check out Issaiah’s highlights below:

Another Calabasas standout! Nahe Sulunga, the former Colorado State commit recently picked the Wildcats and should be another solid addition to the class of 2018. Arizona needed more talent on the defensive line, and Nahe should provide that. He’s explosive, packs a lot of power for his size, and has a good motor at getting to the ball carrier.

Check out Nahe’s highlights below:

The Oceanside Lineman that has been committed to the Wildcats for nearly two months has been strong on his word. Despite coach Jim Michalczik moving on to Oregon State, Laie is sticking with the Cats. He’s got a big frame, he moves well, and shows great skill blocking down field.

Check out Donovan’s highlights below:

Big receivers are needed in Tucson, and Thomas is just that. The star wide out dazzles fans. Often over-matching his opponents, Thomas is a nice pick-up in the class of 2018. He’s quick, long and athletic, just about everything you need in a receiver. He’ll provide nice size for the Cats moving forward, and could be a much needed deep threat.

Check out Thomas’ highlights below:

The junior college guard! There is a lot to like about Steven Bailey. He’s a junior college transfer that has the opponent to compete early. He gets off the ball pretty quickly and doesn’t seem to lumber in getting out to his blocks. Bailey makes good contact with opposing defensive players and continues the block, often finishing well or looking to block the next man downfield.

Meet David Watson, the local, Tucson product and son to a former Wildcat. Not much could be envied with Amphi’s season this year, but if there was one bright spot, it was Watson. The large offensive tackle plays aggressively and gets down field well. He looks for that next block, and punishes defenders in his path. He has some nice tools to build off of. Definitely a nice get for Arizona.

Check out David’s highlights below:

Another big, productive receiver, this one from the Lone Star state. Tre Adams had a pretty successful senior campaign, and again should provide another down field threat for the Wildcats moving forward. Adams has a solid frame, and easily uses his size to create mismatches.

Check out Tre’s highlights below:

Another tight end! Things are changing in Tucson, and perhaps for the better. Jake Peters another son of a former Wildcat is a good athlete, with a big frame. Disregard his high school stats, there is a lot to like about Peters. Arizona has shown they aren’t afraid to use tight ends, and that bodes well for Peters moving forward!

Check out Jake’s highlights below:

The standout athlete from Edison High School in Fresno, CA is a great addition to class of 2018. A bit of a sleeper recruit, Barnes was productive for the Tigers, absolutely filling the stat sheet. He’s a play maker, plain and simple. Whether on offense or defense, he plays hard and doesn’t quit. He’s a press corner, does well in coverage, and his game should translate well at the next level.

Check out McKenzie’s highlights below:

Big things sometimes come in small packages, just ask current Wildcat, J.J. Taylor. Smith is one of the lesser known commits in this class, but make no mistake, he’s a good one! The 5-foot-9-inch back from Texas has great vision, quickness and acceleration. When he gets the ball, he’s difficult to bring down. His shiftiness and elusiveness make him another nice get in this class.

Check out Darrius’ highlights below:

BEEF! PJ Johnson is exactly what the Wildcats need up front. He’s a big body, with college experience. He moves quite well for a player his size, and does great pursuing the football. He should provide immediate help and depth for Arizona on defense, and should he adapt quickly, we see Johnson having an impact early on.

Check out PJ’s highlights below:

Another receiver in the class of 2018. If we learned anything this season, it’s that Arizona is in need of some more, down field targets. Adams and Marcus should be good additions, but we must not forget about Jailen Bailey. The standout at Lincoln High School is an impressive athlete. He is fast. Reminds me a bit of former Wildcat, Samajie Grant. He’s absolutely dangerous in the open field.

Check out Jailen’s highlights below:
