Arizona Wildcats sophomore Nick Quintana is having himself quite the year, becoming one of the top hitters in a highly competitive conference.
The flow is back at it again! In his second year with the Arizona Wildcats, Nick Quintana has become one of the premier hitters in Pac-12 and in college baseball. After a sensational freshman year, he has continued that momentum into his sophomore season with consecutive multiple-hit games. When the flow steps up to bat, don’t blink or else you may miss another hit!
From high school to college baseball, Quintana has been a force to be reckoned with. He even played summer ball this past year for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League and led the team with six home runs. Hits and homers, it doesn’t matter where he plays, Quintana knows how to get the job done.

After he is done playing baseball at Arizona, he will look to show off “the flow” for the Boston Red Sox. Back in 2016, Quintana was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 11th Round.
This season, he leads the team in slug percentage at .585 and home runs with 7. Among the top hitters in the Pac-12, Quintana is the overall No.10 slugger in a powerful group of hitters.
He is also ranked No. 8 in hits, No. 6 in RBI, No. 2 in doubles, No. 7 in home runs and No. 6 in totals bases in the Pac-12.
Quintana has an on-base percentage of .409, with 30 hits out of 142 at-bats, 13 doubles, and 35 RBIs. At one point this season, he had 8 consecutive games where he had at least one hit. During that same stretch, he had 21 RBIs!
