Channing Frye
Another former Wildcat who has put his time in the NBA, Channing Frye, has played 15 seasons and for six different teams. During that time, he won one NBA Championship with the Cleveland Cavaliers, whom he is playing for again after being traded to the Los Angles Lakers and then back to the Cavaliers.
In his fourth season with the Cavs, he has seen limited playing time. That hasn’t stopped him though from enjoying his time in the NBA and having some fun:

Besides having fun in the locker room, he is also involved in the “Road Trippin” podcast with former Wildcat Richard Jefferson and Allie Clifton. They talk about everything from sports to food and more. Also, understanding he has a different role this season with the Cavs, one that is more around leadership and sharing his knowledge of the game, Frye has been active on Twitter sharing his thoughts:
The hardest parts of the nba are chemistry and figuring out how tough it is to win on a nightly basis. Let’s build on these things

For his career, Frye has averaged 8.9 points per game, 4.6 rebounds per game and 1.0 assists per game. As Frye gets closer to that next chapter in his playing career, he will have many opportunities to explore because of his personality. Maybe a color analyst like Jefferson, who knows? Seeing those two together call a game would be something!
