Arizona Wildcats
So you could say the future of Arizona Women’s Basketball is very bright!
Already coming off their best season under Barnes, the Wildcats are bringing in a lot of talent that should make fans excited about the future, and Anna is a big part of that!
Standing 5-feet-10-inches, Anna is a big guard who hails from Tartu, Estonia and she will provide immediate skill. She can see the floor well, she can facilitate the basketball, she can beat the opponent of the dribble, or even be deadly from three. Anna is a very talented player!
According to Javier Morales of AllSportsTucson, she even “earned the 3-Point Champion Award during the Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Camp as part of 2020 NBA All Star Weekend on Feb. 17 at Quest Multisport in Chicago.”
Even on the international stage, Anna participated in the 2019 FIBA U18 Women’s European Championships, averaging 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, playing against some solid talent.
Just see what the Wildcats are getting in Anna…
At Zona Zealots, we are really excited in watching Barnes continue to transform this program! As always, Bear Down, Arizona!
