Just a couple days after offering four-star guard Shane Dezonie, and it appears that the Arizona Basketball team may already lead in this recruitment.

It has been a rather busy off-season for the Arizona Basketball team, especially as recruiting action has picked up for the Wildcats with the recent offer going out to four-star guard, Shane Dezonie.

As you may have just seen on Tuesday afternoon, it was that the Wildcats offered the standout combo-guard from Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, NH, and already it appears as if the Wildcats were smart to do so.

Dezonie is a quickly rising player in the 2021 recruiting class, holding offers from Arizona State, Arkansas, Cincinnati, Kansas State and Ole Miss among others, and with the Arizona offer, it seems as if the Wildcats may be the leader in this recruitment.

Making news late on Wednesday was that a few recruiting analyst have put in “Crystal Ball predictions” for Shane. Meaning, that there is a strong indication that Arizona could secure a commitment, or at the very least lead for Shane.

With Arizona Basketball having just K.J. Simpson committed in the class of 2021 thus far, this would certainly be a great addition for the Wildcats.

As we already had stated before how Shane is a talented shooting guard with good size, athleticism and strength. On film he is a good and active defender. Because of his size, he can guard positions the one through possibly the four as well.

Additionally, he is a player that can score at all three levels, while also being able to distribute the basketball, making the right pass when needed.

He is a plus-ball handler and someone that would be a potential multi-year player that could develop into a mid-to-high-level college basketball player.

His film looks impressive, and he is someone that would surely help the Wildcats in 2021 and beyond! Just see for yourself!
