With Arizona Basketball also focusing its recruiting attention on the 2023 recruiting class, we look at recently offered California-based point guard, Kylan Boswell.
Since being on the job for a couple of months, Arizona Basketball head coach Tommy Lloyd and staff have been busy evaluating and offering recruits. One of their latest being 2023 California-based point guard, Kylan Boswell.
A steadily rising recruit in his class, Kylan is a standout at the talented Centennial High School in Corona, CA in Southern California.
Arizona Wildcats
As you may recall, the Section 7 Tournament happened last weekend in Glendale, and in attendance was Kylan. Competing with his high school, the Wildcats got their first opportunity to see him up-close and in-person.
Well, naturally with other programs there in attendance, he got to show off his skills, proving to be one of the better players competing. With his stellar showing, he got the attention of numerous programs in attendance, and as a result, Kansas was quick to offer.
Well on Monday, the Wildcats wasted no time as they offered the young Kylan as well, smartly deciding to get involved in this recruitment early. So in honor of the recent offer, we take a look at Boswell.
Scouting current Arizona Basketball prospect Kylan Boswell for the recruiting class of 2023.
Standing 6-feet-1-inch and 180-pounds, he is a small but sturdy guard with good strength and a nice burst of speed. He is quick in the open floor, shifty, and crafty.
Kylan shows to have a good feel for the game and can seemingly score well at all three levels. He uses his frame and strength well to play through contact, and he also possesses a nice jumper that extends well beyond the three-point line.
Overall, the kid is a playmaker that can impact a game very quickly. With offers currently from Texas, Illinois, Kansas, Louisville, and now Arizona among others according to 247Sports, I would look for Kylan to have a meteoric rise in the class of 2023 rankings once they finally come out.
Here is a look at how Kylan did in Glendale last weekend…
