Shaq is no stranger to making a diss track towards somebody he doesn’t like, back in the day he made multiple diss tracks towards former teammate Kobe Bryant. This time, he has his sights set on fellow Pac 12 father, Lavar Ball.

By now anybody who is anybody that follows basketball knows that Shaq can do more than play basketball. He can act, albeit some pretty bad acting, that got him some pretty bad reviews from the movie Kazaam. After that movie, everybody around the NBA started to clown on Shaq for being such a bad actor. Since his playing time ended, he has been a regular on the NBA Tonight crew, along with Chuck, Ernie and Kenny. Those 4 together form a great quarter that cannot be topped on television. He regularly makes fun of other during his “Shaqtin A Fool” segment.

After a recent interview where Lavar Ball stated that he and LaMelo would beat Shaq and Shareef, an incoming Arizona recruit, we all knew Shaq would respond. Well, that time has come with an amazing diss track towards Lavar.

This is not the first time Shaq has made music, as he has released 4 albums in his life, his first album Shaq Diesel was even certified platinum by the RIAA. This is also not the first time that The Big Aristotle has released a diss track, he went after Kobe back in 2008.

Shaq’s son Shareef is a top recruit for the 2018 Arizona Basketball class, maybe he can bring some of these mic skills to the Arizona locker room. That would absolutely bring the spirits up in the locker room, could we even possibly get some future locker room rap battles? Let’s all hope that Lavar responds, and hopefully, in the form of a diss track of his own.
