The Arizona Football staff has officially been introduced, and now is the time to get to work, as the Wildcats give out numerous offers.

On Tuesday, the Arizona Football staff was officially announced, and already the coaches are getting to quick work.

Recruiting is about constant effort, and it is no secret that Arizona has struggled a bit in this area the past few seasons. Since 2015, the Wildcats have had the ninth, ninth and the tenth rated recruiting classes in the Pac-12 respectively.

Following the tumultuous firing and subsequent hiring of Kevin Sumlin, Arizona now has a great staff in place.

Moving forward, recruiting should be a big area of focus and concern, and with the current staff in place, hopefully better talent can be brought to Tucson. More importantly, establishing and maintaining relationships will be paramount to the Wildcats’ success.

If Arizona is to make a serious jump to that next, ‘proverbial level’ of success, it’s going to start with recruiting, and it will end with the development. Lucky for us, Sumlin excels a bit in both area.

While it is certainly easier to recruit to College Station, TX than it is Tucson, AZ, either way, you got to try. More often than not, the more talented recruits you offer, build and maintain relationships with them, the more likely you may get a couple surprise commits from them as well.

With Coach Demetrice Martin (Coach Meat), Noel Mazzone and numerous, talented recruiters now officially on staff, the offers are being pushed out, and they’re good ones.

On Tuesday, there was plenty of action, and these are just a few, notable offers that went out.
