Arizona Football great Nick Foles warms Eagles and Wildcats fans hearts as he continues to produce storybook endings in the NFL.

The Chicago Bears fans are starving for their team to succeed in postseason play and the Philadelphia Eagles were on another storybook push to get back to the NFL Championships with Arizona Football star Nick Foles at the helm.

Nick Foles, former Arizona Football star, did it again! He led his Philadelphia Eagles to another postseason win in the most exciting fashion. On fourth down and a minute left, Foles passed to XX for a touchdown putting the Eagles up by one point 16-15.

The Eagles were down 6-3 going into the half. Foles threw two interceptions in the first half, but that was no indication for what was to come. The Arizona quarterback hit Dallas Goedert for a touchdown in the third putting the Eagles up 10-6. The Bears answered back with a third field goal by Cody Parkey and a touchdown but missed the two-point conversion.

The Eagles were down 15-10 and the Foles magic worked in the fourth when all seemed lost.

There was only one minute and one second left in the game and that’s when Foles used his magic. On fourth down, the ball was on the 2-yard line. The Eagles were down by five points.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson called a timeout to discuss the options. The two work together on strategy and options. Reading his wide receiver, Foles found Golden Tate in the end zone for the touchdown that would put the Eagles ahead for good.

“Just try to set up the nickel and sprint to the goal line as fast as I possibly can,” Tate said according to Philly.com, “and just trust that Nick is going to make a great pass.”

The Eagles went for a two-point conversion which would have put them up by three points, a field goal by the Bears would tie the game if they could hold them to just a field goal in the last 56+ seconds of the game. Well, the Eagles failed to complete the conversion and it was now up to the Philadelphia defense to stop Chicago from scoring.

Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky marched his team down the field and got their field position to make for a 43-yard field goal attempt. Kicker Parkey was iced by Eagles coach Pederson who had one timeout left in his pocket. Parkey’s first attempt was good but didn’t count. His second attempt hit the left up-right then the crossbar and popped back out onto the field.

The Eagles won!

The Bears fans booed Parkey all the way to the locker room and were relentless on social media. Eagles fans took to Venmo and started to donate money to Parkey saying things like, “Have a beer on me” along with an $8 donation. Luckily for Parkey, the field goal was blocked, so he didn’t miss the field goal after all. Truthfully, it was a miracle the ball got to the uprights.

You can’t dream up this stuff. Treyvon Hester ended up being the hero! Both Bears and Eagles fans are die-hard, to the bone, like their life depends on the Eagles and Bears winning.

In the end, it was the Bears fans who went home extremely disappointed. Nick Foles and the Eagles live to fight another week, this time they travel to New Orléans to take on the Saints. Foles is 9-1 in December and the playoffs over the last two seasons. He also is the No. 1 All-Time leaders in postseason passer rating at 105.3. Fly Eagle/Wildcat Fly!
