Javier Morales is a longtime sports journalist from Tucson. He has covered the University of Arizona men's basketball team for The Arizona Daily Star, including the season in which the Wildcats won the NCAA championship (1996-97). Morales currently resides in Henderson, Nev., with his daughter Mackenzie. He is the publisher, writer and editor for WILDABOUTAZCATS.net and is a contributing blogger for TucsonCitizen.com.
