The Arizona Wildcats made another Top 10 list, this with time when 2019 four-star forward, Drew Timme narrowed his list to include the Cats.
Another one! So far this recruiting season, the Arizona Wildcats have made a couple Top 10 lists. Time to add another one! (see what I did there). Drew Timme, a class of 2019 four-star recruit out of Texas, selected the Wildcats in his Top 10. It’s Timme baby!
The possible recruiting outcomes for the Wildcats in the Class of 2019 is looking scary good. Nico Mannion, Josh Green, Cassius Stanley and now the possibility of Timme just to name a few.

And that’s not all. The Wildcats have made a lot of offers for this class, and Coach Sean Miller is proving to be one of the best at recruiting top talent still!
Whether it’s the legacy of Wildcat basketball, or the exposure they get on national television, whatever that reason may be, Wildcat fans love seeing top talent consider playing with the University of Arizona.
Timme’s other Top nine schools include to powerhouse programs like; Michigan State, Louisville and Gonzaga. The Wildcats are though the only school representing the Pac-12 conference.
They will have their work cut out for them though, but it would not surprise me if they have a legitimate chance to get him. Having all other top talent choose Arizona would make the choice that much more attractive.
He is listed as a power forward at 6-foot-9 and 210 lbs. Watching highlights of him playing, he has the ability to be more of a two-way player. Timme has a soft touch around the rim, can move his feet well, but can also step back and shoot a good looking jumper. On defense, he’s is very solid and would fit right in with Coach Miller’s defensive system.
According to 24/7 Sports, Timme is ranked 48th nationally, the 12th overall power forward in the class of 2019, and 5th in the state of Texas. He plays for Pearce High School, in which he had one week where he played two games, scoring a total of 48 points, 34 rebounds and 10 assists – now that’s efficiency! Timme also plays for the AAU team Nike Pro Skills.
Timme recently took part in the Pangos All-American game where he went off! Spins, dunks, ball handling, drives to the basket, pump fakes, this guy can do it all! Check out some of the highlights below:
At Zona Zealots, we are extremely proud of the Wildcats to be in the running for another top recruit for the class of 2019. What time is it? It’s Drew Timme!
