Arizona Basketball and Sean Miller are about to lead a redemption tour during the 2019 season, following the turmoil and streams of misinformation!

Gather around Wildcat fans as there is a major tour coming through Tucson in 2019. It has nothing to do with music or the latest comedian that is trending, no, it has to do with a man we all have grown to know and love. His name? Sean Miller!

There’s no doubt it’s been a tough and tumultuous time in the old Southwest these past few months. With the ongoing trial, investigation, etc., it seems the reported conversation of Miller paying Deandre Ayton $100,000 is a farce, and now he will be leading his 2019 basketball team on what we’re calling, ‘The Redemption Tour’.

This redemption tour all started right after the news broke that both Merl Code and Christian Dawkins were found guilty on bribery during the NCAA basketball corruption trial. More importantly, Dawkins admitted he had nothing to do with Ayton coming to the University of Arizona to play for Miller.

This will hopefully put an end to the ongoing national media attention, and the slew of journalists dragging Miller and Arizona through the mud in the process.

Perhaps it provides a bit of a relief for Wildcat fans, who were undoubtedly hoping that the basketball program and University never had to go through this mess in the first place.

On a positive note the national media might have just poked the sleeping bear, that bear being Miller, who has yet to reach a Final Four.

Luckily, Miller will not be walking alone on this tour, as he has quite the supporting cast behind him. That supporting cast being a perfect blend of veteran and sensational freshman who look to take the NCAA by storm.

Players like Chase Jeter, Ira Lee and Alex Barcello all know the struggle it has been over the past year or so, in being a part of the Arizona Basketball program.  From the loud boos at opposing arenas, to having to answer to the relentless questions from the media about their coach.

Now they finally get a chance to go out there and do what they originally committed to do in the first place. That is to obtain a first class education from the University of Arizona and pursue their dreams of playing basketball. They can finally leave behind the stress and uncertainty that was the FBI/ NCAA Basketball investigation.

Those veterans will be joined by a group of freshman that are ranked the best in the country! Highlighted by Nico Mannion and Josh Green, they will look to make their presence felt immediately in McKale Center. But do not over look the rest of the recruiting class as they have so much potential to have a major impact on next years season. This includes the likes of Terry Armstrong, Christian Koloko and Zeke Nnaji.

We also can’t forget about the transfer of Max Hazzard (a graduate transfer and brother to former Wildcat, Jacob Hazzard), as well as Stone Gettings!

It does not stop their for Miller though, as he is also on the top transfers in the country, and has added Max to provide stability and experience for his young back court, to compliment Brandon Williams and Nico!
