Arizona Basketball recruiting never stops and the latest is that the Wildcats are making one of the top recruits for 2021, Michael Foster, one of their priorities.

This is Arizona. 2019 is just about done and as we get ready for the Pac-12 season and 2020, it’s time to look ahead to the future of Arizona Basketball. As more and more teams are focusing on replenishing their roster due to one and dones and transfers, more of an emphasis has been put on non-stop recruiting. That’s what Sean Miller and his staff are doing as they are making 2021 top recruit Michael Foster a priority for the 2021-22 season.

Per Stockrisers, Arizona is among the top schools that are putting forth their recruiting efforts to sign in. It’s still early in the recruiting process, but Foster is that talented of a player that teams are making him a priority for their 2021-22 recruiting class.

In June, they made him an offer and then in September he came to visit and checked out the annual Red and Blue game. Current Hillcrest Prep teammate and future Wildcat, for the 2020-21 season, Dalen Terry, joined him as well to check out the event.

Even though the two would likely not be playing together during college unless Foster were to reclassify, Terry’s decision to play at Arizona might influence his decision. Imagine these two together as Wildcats, talk about domination.

Just recently Hillcrest Prep won the Chick0Fil-A Classic national tournament and Foster was named MVP with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Listed at 6 foot 9 and 220 pounds. he is an all-around versatile forward that can do it all!

Across all recruiting sites, he is listed as a five-star athlete and one the top recruits for the 2021-22 class. Whichever team does land him will have an immediate impact player that will make their team that much better. He has that natural athleticism and is fearless when taking the ball to the basket. Love it!

His style of play would fit in perfectly at Arizona. Toughness, relentless attacking to the basket, versatility, ability to make top plays, fans would love it! By the time the 2021-22 season does roll around, depending on who is on the roster, Foster could have a major roll on this team. That is something these top recruits look at, playing time and the role they would have on the team. Arizona could have that advantage.

See why he is going to be a problem!
