Ex-Arizona Basketball stars to follow professionally in 2020-21

Players Overseas

Kaleb Tarczewski – Zeus is playing in his fourth season in Italy for Olimpia Milano of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) and the EuroLeague. Kaleb signed a three-year contract extension in May 2020 and this is what he said, “I am so grateful for the opportunity to continue my career with Olimpia Milano. Over the past three and a half years, this city and its people have become home for me. I can’t wait to get back on the court and fight for the city of Milan.” Zeus helped his team win the Italian championship in 2018 and the Supercup twice.

Keanu Pinder – Australian professional basketball player for the Adelaide 36ers of the National Basketball League (NBL). After his stint in Poland that he seemed to enjoy, Pinder returned home to play in his native Australia.

Dusan Ristic – Serbian professional basketball player for Basket Brescia Leonessa of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) and EuroCup Basketball.

Parker Jackson-Cartwright –  Point Guard for Saint-Quentin of the LNB Pro B in France. Prior to France, PJC played in England where he was named, “BBL Player of the Year in the Basketball Journalists Association (BJA) annual awards for the 2019-20 season” according to the teams’ website.

Brandon Randolph –  Having started in the NBA G League for Minnesota’s affiliate, Randolph is now playing for Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin of the Israeli second division,

Gabe York –  York has kept fully employed between stints with the NBA G-League, NBA Summer League (helped the Lakers win a few years ago in Vegas), but most recently, Gabe was signed by Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Premier League.

Derrick Williams –  In 2018-19, Williams played for Bayern Munich in Germany, appearing in 29 games, averaging 13.4 points and 4.2 rebounds as he helped lead his squad to the League Championship! This past year, [2019-20] Williams played for the Turkish team Fenerbahçe Beko, appearing in 28 games averaging 11.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

We recently saw Williams flying to Greece but it may just be a vacation.

Ryan Luther – Plays for Darüşşafaka Tekfen of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi. Last season Luther played for team Ventspils in the PAF Latvian Estonian Basketball League. On October 10th, Luther grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds!

Nick Johnson – Just signed an extension for this season on October, 20th to remain playing for Türk Telekom of the Turkish Super League.
