It’s that time of the year again to provide updates on all our Wildcats and how they are performing on the professional level. Sit back, relax and enjoy as we find out how our Wildcats are doing.
This is Arizona! Every season, the Arizona Wildcat basketball programs bring in top talent and lose top talent to the professional ranks. The program consistently ranks among the top schools in the country with having the most players currently playing and coaching in the NBA, G-League and International Leagues. This season there are a total of 31! Six in the G-League plus one head coach, 11 in the NBA plus two head coaches and five assistant coaches, and 6 international players.

No.1 pick, first rounds, second rounders, two-way players, non-drafted players, all current Wildcats players got their start in the NBA in a different way.
Deandre Ayton became the first-ever Wildcat to drafted as the No.1 pick (as if there was any surprise there).
Allonzo Trier wasn’t even drafted, which was a shock to a lot of people, but has ended up becoming the Star of New York with his play so far this season. Rawle Alkins wasn’t drafted either, but was signed to a two-way player contract with the Windy City Bulls and finally getting the chance to prove himself.
The one thing all these players have in common is that they have all put in the hard work. As each game and season has passed, they all continue to improve and get better in their respective roles. Injuries, limited playing time, being trading to multiple teams has not prevented them from continued success.
With so many players and coaches representing different leagues and teams, it’s time to take an in-depth look in alphabetical order by last name.
