Arizona Basketball received some exciting news as the No.1 player in the state of Missouri Caleb Love has Arizona in his Top 6.
Caleb Love showing Arizona Basketball some love as he puts Arizona in his Top 6 schools. The Class of 2020 already has one commit, Dalen Terry, and the Wildcats are looking to keep that momentum going with the addition of Love. Plus, with the last name like that how can you not want this guy on your team.
According to 247 Sports, Love is the No.1 player in the state of Missouri, has a five-star rating and ranked No.25 nationally. He is the real deal. Currently, there is no Crystal Ball Prediction for him, so all six teams have a real chance to land a high-quality athlete
The addition of Love to the roster would complement the Wildcats very well. They currently do not have any point guards committed for 2020 and he would fit right in. He is extremely versatile at the guard position, with excellent ball handles and shooting touch.

Recently it was announced that one Arizona’s top priorities, Devin Askew, would not be reclassifying to 2020, which opens up the door for Love to be the starting point guard for the Wildcats during the 2020-21 season. We’ve mentioned it before, but it’s important to remember that playing time and the role they will play on the team are two important factors when a player of Love’s calibur is deciding what school to attend.
The five other schools in the running for Love are major powerhouses: Indiana, Lousiville, Missouri, North Carolina, and Kansas. Whoever is lucky enough to land him is getting someone who will make an immediate impact. They know too that he will likely be a one and done but has the ability to help that team possibly win a national championship.
See why Love is such a special talent:
This is just the beginning for four and five-star talent for the Class of 2020 and beyond to seriously consider Arizona. This program has a rich history of preparing and developing players for the NBA. That is the ultimate goal for all these players like Love. Arizona is the perfect place to make that happen.
At Zona Zealots, we are excited about the possibility of Arizona Basketball landing the No.1 player in the state of Missouri, Caleb Love. Also, let’s not forget Arizona is the only Pac-12 school to have made his Top 6. Don’t see ASU on that list. As always, Bear Down Arizona!
