Arizona Basketball showing their interest with Class of 2021 four-star small forward Peyton Watson, who is going to be something special.

Not done yet. Arizona Basketball recruiting is like the Energizer bunny, they keep going and going. Recently they hosted Class of 2021 four-star small forward Peyton Watson on an official visited. They also recently met and watched him in action. Arizona not messing around!

Playing out of Long Beach Poly, many west coast schools have made offers to him, including five other Pac-12 schools besides Arizona. Nice to see Sean Miller and his staff taking advantage of being one of the premier west coast recruiting programs and seeking out west coast players.

Listed as a small forward at 6 foot 6 and 170 pounds, Watson has the perfect build for the three position. He will though need to put on some muscle, but that is something Arizona specializes in….getting stronger. Just look at someone like Christian Koloko. Amazing to see what a college training room can do.

More from Basketball Recruiting

When watching highlights of Watson play, there is something special about him. He has the natural ability to find ways to get to the rim and finish. Plus, he has a good looking shot from all ranges.

Besides playing high school ball, he also plays for the AAU team The Truth and also took part in the 2019 Pangos Best of SoCal Fall Showcase.

When Watson is ready to play college basketball, he is going to be a problem. Once he gets stronger and gets more experience playing against top competition, he is the type of player that will have a ton of confidence and be more than ready for the next level.

By the time the 2021-22 season is here, Watson would be a great fit for Arizona Basketball because of his understanding of what it takes it takes to play at a high level against the best.

See why Watson is someone that can’t be passed up!
