Arizona Basketball will be receiving an official visit from Class of 2020 four-star power forward Terren Frank later this year.

Another one! We aren’t talking about the DJ Khaled song, we are talking about another top recruit for the Class of 2020 considering Arizona Basketball. Four-star recruit Terren Frank, who was offered to play at Arizona back in February, will be scheduling an official visit during the Red and Blue game weekend. No better way to get the full Wildcat basketball experience! Currently the Class of 2020 doesn’t have an official commits yet, but could Frank be the first?

The amount of offers being made and who they are being made to for 2020, it’s looking liking the Wildcats could possibly have another Top 10 recruiting class. They already have the No.1 class for 2019, why not for 2020! As a Wildcat fan, love to see elite players considering and committing to Arizona basketball.

According to 247 Sports, Frank is listed as a four-star power forward. He is ranked No.73 nationally and the No.11 player over in the state of California, that is stacked with talent. Frank currently plays for Sierra Canyon High School, the same school a lot of notables have played and currently playing for including Cassius Stanley (who committed to Duke next year), Scottie Pippen Jr and KJ Martin.  Also, both Bronny James and Zaire Wade will be attending Sierra Canyon next year as well.

At 6 foot 7 and 200 pounds, Frank has the trifecta- size, power and skill ability. He like many other Wildcat recruits has the versatility to play not just the power forward position, but also the guard position as well. Anytime someone of his abilities is available, recruiting him is a must.

Besides playing for Sierra Canyon, Frank also plays for the AAU Team Nike Phamily. In the Nike 17u EYBL event, he played in 10 games, averaged 17 points per game, 6.7 rebounds per game. He knows how to finish around the rim in multiple ways as well grab rebounds and even step down and knock down a couple threes. These are fundamentals of basketball and every team needs a player like that.

Frank would fit in perfectly with Coach Sean Miller’s system. He has the ability to play multiple positions in the paint at the three and four, plus can even play the two. As we have mentioned before, depending on who stays and who leaves after this next season, the amount of minutes he would play could change. That shouldn’t make a huge impact on his decision on whether or not he chooses to play for Miller and his coaching staff.  He recently had this to say about Arizona:

"“I like Arizona a lot,” Frank said. “They offered me not too long ago and I talk to the coaches there a lot. Coach Gainey has been recruiting me for a while now and we get along well.”"

He currently holds offers from 15 other schools, including six other Pac-12 schools. Being from California, would make the most sense that schools on the west coast are going after him. He is the type of player that will probably stay at least a couple years, maybe more and develop into a solid combo forward/guard.
